How to send a problem report:

• Check the trackers linked above if your problem is already listed. If yes, add your comment, e.g. how you could reproduce the problem.
• If possible check if the problem is still there with the latest version of Thuban (if you can, even the development version).
• Collect information about the problem. How to reproduce and which versions you are using.
  • Copy information from the About dialog of Thuban before the credits.
  • Look up the version of your operating system, E.g. GNU/Linux from Mandriva or Debian.
  • How important is the problem: important, normal, minor? Is is a wish or a problem?
  • Where did you get your version of Thuban from? Compiled yourself or installed by a package.
• To submit new problems always use the trackers on Wald.
